2 Sketches Card

Its been a while since I have had time to do a 2 Sketches card so I was quite excited to be able to complete this weeks fabulous sketch posted by the talented Kazan. I am still in need of a few more Christmas cards so I figured I would stick to that theme. This card was created using a variety of paper scraps from my ever so full basket of odds and ends. I also used some yummy Maya Road chipboard trees purchased from Created with Paper. I added some Liquid Applique and stickles for a snow effect! I am thrilled with how it turned out. Check out that ribbon, bow and button . . . I scrap lifted that from one of my favorite card makers . . . Carla! She sent me a beautiful Christmas card featuring the same bow/button combination along with a fantastic lot of goodies as part of a swap at Lil' Scrappers. Thanks again Carla!

CWP January Sneak Peek

I looked at my blog yesterday and realized that it had been nearly a month since I last posted anything. For Shame!!! I have been so busy concentrating on that holidays it has left very little time for scrapping but the gifts have been bought and wrapped, tree decorated, baking done . . . now back to some scrapping.

Here is a sneak peek at Created with Papers January Kit "Owl always love you". This kit is so awsome and jam packed with the yummiest SassaFras Patterned Papper. This kit is most defiantly a must have!

Here is a layout I did with the kit. I also used a new Sheer Maya Road Ticket from Created with Papers great online store. The other fonts on this page were left over from past kits.

and here is a card I made with the kit. Check out the super cute bingo card (included in the kit)! I added some All Stuck Up Buttons also found in the store!
